23rd Call for Proposals is closed
The 23rd Call for Proposals closed on 29 March 2017. The number of proposals submitted by applicants from various countries and regions has remained very stable and maintained at a high level. Thematically, the proposed international projects range, among others, from the medical and health sector as well as the energy sector to information and communication technologies.
The CORNET Coordination Office will now check if the proposals are in line with the CORNET standards as well as the national/regional funding rules. Afterwards, a number of international experts are jointly evaluating the proposals being submitted.
Applicants with non-eligible proposals will be informed in May 2017. The results of the following evaluation process will be communicated to applicants in October 2017. In January 2018, the funding of the projects starts.
Next call opens in June
Research funding proposals can be submitted twice a year. If you missed the 23rd call, you might want to participate in the next call which approximately opens in the beginning of June and closes on 27 September 2017.
Our upcoming Partnering Event in Berlin on 18 May, organised with our partner network IraSME, might help you to drive forth your project and to meet future project partners with regard to the 24th call. You are greatly invited to join us in the international area at the Innovation Day for SMEs, annually hosted by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) and taking place on the open-air ground of the AiF Projekt GmbH – each year providing a very atmospheric setting for our Partnering Event.
Centrepiece of the CORNET & IraSME Partnering Events are the face-to-face meetings that can be scheduled in advance. Therefore, participants can design their individual agenda for the day!
