25th Call closed: Number of proposals stable
The 25th Call for Proposals closed on 28 March 2018. The number of proposals submitted by applicants from various countries and regions has remained stable with 21 receipts. Thematically, the international projects range, among others, from textile manufacturing and food packaging as well as efficient energy conversion in the automotive sector to medical technologies and mechanical engineering. In addition to collaborations between European countries and regions, project proposals were submitted in collaboration with Québec/Canada and also with Switzerland offering great cooperation potential in the energy sector.
In a next step, the CORNET Coordination Office is checking if all applications are valid. Following this, a number of international experts are jointly evaluating the proposals being submitted. The results of the evaluation process will be communicated to applicants in October 2018. In January 2019, funding of the projects can start.
Next call approximately opens in June
Research funding proposals can be submitted twice a year. If you missed the 25th call, you might want to participate in the next call which approximately opens in the end of June 2018 and closes on 26 September 2018.
For more information please visit the section Calls for Proposals on the CORNET website. The guidelines and templates for the 26th call will be ready for download once the call has opened.
