ABIMAS is looking for cooperation partners

The Center for Applied Biomedical Mass Spectrometry (ABIMAS) at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences is looking for cooperation partners to participate in the joint CORNET Calls for Proposals. ABIMAS offers expertise in:

  1. Mass spectrometry imaging for DMPK, Safety and PK-PD studies
  2. “Lipids / Metabolites as Biomarker” Discovery using Mass Spectrometry Imaging and Fingerprinting
  3. Label-free cell profiling using MALDI mass spectrometry
  4. Four state-of-the-art mass spectrometers for cell and tissue analysis as part of the Bruker Rhine-Neckar Center for MS Imaging and fingerprinting: Bruker UltrafleXtreme and Autoflex Speed MALDI-TOF/TOF MS, SolariX XR 7T FTICR MS and Impact II QTOF MS
  5. Infrared-Imaging
