Our partner network IraSME
Strong collaborations allow us to realise innovative projects, while innovative projects can lead to long-lasting bonds and connections. Our partner networks are therefore key to us, to our innovators as well as to the CORNET network in general.
One of our highly valuable partners is the network IraSME. This cooperation was launched in 2008 and we have now been working together for more than a decade.
What is IraSME?
IraSME is a network that connects funding programs from different countries with the aim of supporting small businesses. The German AiF Project GmbH and the German Federal Ministry for Economic and Affairs and Energy (BMWi) are jointly? responsible for the coordination of this large network.
IraSME wants to provide funding projects for small companies with as little extra effort as possible on both a regional or national level. The team coordinating the network seeks to facilitate an easy application process and a fast evaluation of project proposals while keeping administrative processes as simple as possible for participating agencies and ministries.
The goal of the IraSME network is to reduce the threshold for international cooperation by making local funding schemes available to international projects.
