Innovation Day in Berlin on 18 June!

Save the date for a special highlight of the year: on 18 June 2020 the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) is again inviting to the Innovation Day for SMEs – an annual open air innovation show demonstrating latest technological achievements that researchers and SMEs have to offer. The Innovation Day traditionally takes place on the green outdoor grounds of the AiF Projekt GmbH in Berlin-Pankow.

Who’s who in innovation

A who’s who of advanced innovation heads awaits the visitors: more than 300 companies, research institutes and cooperation networks from all over Germany will be presenting new products, processes and services from a wide range of technology sectors. Developing these innovations was made possible thanks to the support of the BMWi and its technology- and innovation-oriented funding schemes.

The “International Area” – impetus for cross-national cooperation

At Innovation Day, the international funding networks CORNET and IraSME, both also supported by the BMWi, will be again hosting the “International Area” informing present guests about how to successfully implement an international research project. Working together on international level creates important synergy effects. And why not benefit from research and innovation know-how that lies outside own borders? In the International Area, CORNET and IraSME are bringing people together from different countries and continents. You will get an impression of last year’s Innovation Day here.

CORNET-project Ressiar-MID

In the International Area, visitors can get some first-hand insights from the exhibited CORNET-projects. For example, the team of the CORNET project Ressiar-MID will demonstrate results achieved, answer questions and share experiences regarding partner search, application procedures and receiving funding in CORNET. Come to the “International Area” at Innovation Day in Berlin and find out about your possibilities!

The Innovation Day for SMEs is free of costs. Registration is not required.
